accommodates 14 guests in beds. With 5 bedrooms (three with Queen size beds,
one with a full size bed, and a
bedroom with 2 full size bunk beds-sleeping 6). Also have available crib, toddler bed, and
bassinet.
Great for multiple families with extra separate entrances and two kitchens. Deck and patio with multiple tables and grills.
GREAT Location. Walk anywhere including Beach, Downtown shops, Movie Theater, and Restaurants. 2 blocks to South Beach, 1 block to
Kids' Corner.

- High Season - $2,320/week. $2,470 for week that includes July 4th activities.
$335 per night (2 night minimum).
- Weeks are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
- After Labor Day Weekend through November 30th - $1585/week. $260
nightly on weekends & $215 per night during the week.
- Memorial Day Weekend - $300 per night. (3 night minimum)
Labor Day Weekend - $330 per night. (3 night minimum)
Low Season - $1300/week or $195/night (2 night minimum). Ask us
about monthly rates during the Low Season.
House can be split into 2 units of 2 and 3 bedrooms each. Call for rates.
We require a 50% deposit within 7 days of reserving the house to hold the week. The remaining 50% is due
45 days prior to
the arrival date along with a security deposit in the amount of $300
and 8% Lodging/Use tax. The security deposit will be returned within
7 to 10 days of
departure.
Should cancellation be necessary, we charge a $95 flat fee. If the house can be re-booked for that week, all funds will be
returned, less the $95 flat fee. If the house cannot be re-booked, all funds paid will be forfeited less the security deposit.
